Catherine spent some time studying and living in New Zealand, After graduating, Catherine returned to Hong Kong where she attended the Institute of Gemmology and obtained a Certificate in Gemmology. Catherine became interested in Early Childhood Education after volunteering at a kindergarten. She enjoyed interacting with the young children and this led her to discover her passion for Early Childhood Education. Catherine studied Child Psychology and attends childhood education seminars.
