Hi Maggie,
Wonderful news! We have a fabulous new neighbour named Joseph, who lives a few houses away. Joseph has unruly, curly brown hair that resembles a messy bird’s nest because he forgets to brush it! He wears peculiar socks with vibrant patterns and designs. Sometimes, he puts on mismatched pairs! He always says, ‘Why wear the same when you can mix?’
Joseph loves drinking chocolate milkshakes. Every morning, I see him sipping one in his garden. But here’s an interesting thing: he uses a serpentine straw that looks like a roller coaster! He says it makes the milkshake taste better.
And, oh, he has a habit of tapping his foot when he thinks. It’s like he is playing a melody in his mind.
He is passionate about riddles, and here’s one he shared with me: ‘What is tall when it’s young and short when it’s old?’
