Summer holidays are coming, and Leo’s parents tell Leo that they will travel toAfrica. They will track the Big Five—lions, elephants, buffalos, leopards, and rhinoceros.
‘Awesome! What a surprise! Thanks, Dad and Mum!’ Leo is already excited about his journey.
The day comes, and now Leo and his family are riding in a jeep.
The adventurers begin to see the herd of elephants splashing in a watering hole.
Leo’s eyes widen with amazement.
Next, they spot a group of buffalo as their horns shine in the sunlight. Leo’s heart races with excitement.
Leo’s dad points to a tree. ‘Look up, Leo! It’s a leopard!’
Leo is amazed when he looks up at the leopard resting in the branches.
They pass by the lions lying on the grass. Leo can’t believe how close they are to these majestic animals.
Finally, there are rhinoceros near a river. When Leo snaps photos, a group of young rhinoceros calves dart in and out of the water, much to Leo’s delight.
When they head back, Leo knows that this is an adventure he will treasure forever. His love for animals and the African safari will never end.
