Today, we have a special guest, the incredibly talented cartoonist Mr Doodle! Mr Doodle, which of the characters you’ve created is your favourite?

Hmm, it’s hard to choose! I’d say my favourite is Benny the Bouncy Kangaroo. He loves adventures! He loves to make friends, too!

What inspires you for these wonderful characters?

I get inspired by everything around me—animals I see at the zoo, stories I read, and sometimes even dreams! I also get many ideas from kids like you, who have amazing imaginations.

Do you have any funny stories about your work?

I was drawing a cat once, but it looked more like a potato! It was so funny that I kept it that way. To my surprise, it has become one of my most popular characters!

Could you give any advice or tips for starting cartooning?

The best tip is to keep drawing. Also, use your imagination and have fun. That’s what cartoons are all about!
