Our rules and regulations

To make sure of a safe and pleasant visit for everyone, please follow our rules:

1. Please do not run so as to keep both you and the exhibits safe.
2. Please use a quiet voice to respect other guests and our exhibits.
3. Please do not touch the exhibits. Our displays are fragile; let your eyes do the exploring!
4. Please listen to our guides when they speak.
5. Please eat snacks in the Eating Zone only.
6. Please throw rubbish into the rubbish bins.
7. Please switch off the ‘flash’ function when you take photos in areas with ‘no flash’ signs.
8. Please ask our guide before recording a video.
9. Please always stay with your adult or group.
10. Please be polite to other visitors.

If visitors don’t follow these rules, we may ask them to leave. Let’s keep space exploration fun and safe for everyone!
