These general terms and conditions apply to all eligible students of the Chinese New Year Promotion.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. Offer 1: New students** enroling into any courses at any Babington branch starting in February 2026.

2. Offer 2: Existing Babington students who are enroling into a New Course***.

3. Applicability: 30% Off Tuition Discount is only applicable to Tuition Fees at their standard rate, it cannot be applied to material fees, or exchanged into any other formats or redeemed for cash.

4. General Policy: All enrolments are bound by our General Policy.

5. Policy Update: Babington reserves the right to amend the policy without notice and reserves the right to the final say in any disputes.

6. Cross Promotion: The Chinese New Year Promotional offer cannot be combined with any other offers unless explicitly stated.

7. Language Discrepancy: If there are inconsistencies between the Chinese and English versions of these terms, the English version will take precedence.

* First two months (4 lessons/month, total 8 lessons)

** Not enroling at any Babington branches for the past 60 days.

*** Chinese New Year Promotion cannot be applied to currently enroled courses.
