Chinese New Year Promotion Policy 2024-02

General Terms and Conditions

  1. Applicability: These general terms and conditions apply to all enrollments, unless a specific course is stated.

  2. Combining Offers: The Chinese New Year Promotional offer cannot be combined with any other offers unless explicitly stated.

  3. Eligibility for Existing Students (Referrer): The 100% tuition discount promotion is exclusively available to Existing Students.

  4. Definition of Existing Students (Referrer): Existing Students are defined as individuals who have enrolled as Babington students and have already settled the bill for the month of February 2024 on or before 9th February 2024.

  5. Eligibility for New Students (Referee): The Chinese New Year Referral Coupon (Value of HKD$288) promotion is exclusively available to New Students.

  6. Definition of New Students (Referee): New students are defined as individuals who have not been enrolled as Babington students in any of our branches for the past 60 days.

  7. General Policy: All enrolments are bound by our General Policy.



Chinese New Year Promotion:


Promotion 1: 100% Tuition Discount for 1 month to Existing Students who successfully refers a New Student using the Chinese New Year Referral Coupon (value of HKD$288)

  1. Student Referral Coupon (value of HKD$288): Existing Students shall receive a (one) Babington Red Packet from their centre with a Chinese New Year Referral Coupon (value of HKD$288) inside, this coupon is limited to 1 per student and will be given to students upon returning to class immediately after the Chinese New Year (14th February 2024)

  2. For an Existing Student to qualify for the 100% discount on the next month’s tuition fee (first 4 lessons)

  3. You must pass this Chinese New Year Referral Coupon to a friend that is not an Existing Student at any Babington centre, and…

  4. The New Student must then enrol either the English Ladder or RWI programme at any Babington centre with this Chinese New Year Referral Coupon, as well as…

  5. Stating that they are referred by you (the Existing Student)..

  6. The Chinese New Year Referral Coupon (value of HKD$288) must be used on or before Saturday 9th March 2024.

  7. Upon successful enrolment, you (the Referrer) will be entitled to a 100% discount on the next month’s tuition fee (first 4 lessons).

  8. Non-Transferable:

  9. The 100% discount offer on the next month’s tuition fee (first 4 lessons) is exclusively for Existing Students.

  10. The Chinese New Year Referral Coupon (value of HKD$288) offer is exclusively for New Students.

  11. Discount Coverage: The discount applies exclusively to the tuition fees. Course membership fees and any associated book fees remain payable as usual.



Promotion 2: 100% Tuition Discount for 1 month* to Existing Students who adds English Ladder or RWI programme (* applies to the first 4 lesson of the programme with the lower tuition fee)

  1. Existing Students may opt for enrolling onto an additional course, which must be either English Ladder or RWI programme instead of referring a New Student.

  2. Once enrolled, the coupon inside the Red Packet will not be redeemable.



Promotion 3: Student Referral Coupon (value of HKD$288) for Friends (New Students)

New Students who receive the HKD$288 Student Referral Coupon for sharing with friends. The following conditions apply:

  1. Coupon Distribution: The Student Referral Coupon (value of HKD$288) is only shared by Existing Students of Babington in hard copy form. The coupon and the Existing Student’s parents’ phone numbers will be used to verify the authenticity of the coupon.

  2. Sharing Limit: The coupon may be shared with any of the Existing Student’s friends, but it can only be redeemed once if the friend is not an Existing Student.

  3. A month of tuition fee (4 lessons) will be charged when applying the coupon.

  4. Existing Student Usage: The coupon cannot be used by the Existing Student.

  5. Referral Program: Our standard student referral program cannot be used in conjunction with this offer. In other words, if you share this coupon, and a friend redeems it, you will receive a 100% discount for the next 4 lessons on your next month’s bill.

  6. Location Limitation: The Student Referral Coupon (value of HKD$288) may be used at all other Babington Education centres within the valid period EXCEPT the following locations:

  • Tuen Mun branch

  • Tuen Mun South branch

  • Yuen Long branch

  • Tai Wai branch

  • Hung Hom Fortune Metropolis branch

  • Kwai Chung Shek Lei branch

  1. Coupon Expiry: Coupons expire on 9th March 2024

  2. No Cash Redemption: Coupons may not be exchanged for cash.
