FRONT DESK CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICER

"Operate & manage the business by supporting the centre manager"
Your job is to manage the front desk operation and work with the centre manager (CM) to operate and manage the business. You will be heavily involved in administration and customer services and working closely with the CM to achieve the set targets each month. 

Job Description:

  • 5 Day work week (day off will be on Sunday plus one other day in the weekday)

  • 12 Days annual leave

  • Working time: 09:30 - 18:30

  • Operate the business with the Centre Manager

  • Help us be the BEST English learning centre in Hong Kong

  • Issue invoices/receipts and receive payments

  • Scheduling

  • Reports

  • Book keeping and other financial matters

  • General customer services

  • Other ad-hoc duties

 

Requirements:

  • Love kids

  • Customer services experience

  • Experience in education an advantage

  • Able to communicate in English & Chinese to a good standard and with good confidence

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Excellent telephone skills

  • Comfortable with the use of computers

  • Happy and cool person (we are working with kids after all)
